Hallo, God?

Outside St. Stephen’s Cathedral in Vienna, an older man dressed in a pristine white robe was preaching to the world. He would dance around the pigeons and pick up a phone – just a red receiver with a long cord, not connected to anything – and shout into it “Hallo?! Hallo, God?!”

He sprinkled seeds and a congregation of birds rushed to his feet. Then, he tossed coins and people would flock.
